After a week, “Give It To Me” continues to bring new achievements for Son Tung M-TP.
With approximately 70 million views in a week, “Give It to You” has surpassed both “Senorita” by Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello – the song that is currently No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart – and becomes the MV that gets the highest views in the last 7 days on YouTube.
Besides, the MV also has nearly 2.6 million likes, nearly three times more likes as compared to Shawn Mendes’ “Senorita”.
Since Son Tung M-TP’s “Give It To Me” was released, the song went on to continuously break all records that V-pop history has established so far, as it reached the number of views from 1 million to 50 million as fast as it could possibly go.
On July 8, the video had already exceeded 70 million views, which goes to say that on average, it was viewed approximately 10 million times – and it’s awfully a lot!
Besides, Son Tung M-TP is probably, to date, the first V-pop artist to achieve the highest position – the #1 trending YouTube Vietnam for 7 days, and still maintaining this position.
In addition, it also tops the position of #1 Apple Music, #1 iTunes, #1 Spotify, and ranks first on many online music charts of Vietnam.
