The Dress Left Behind By Deceased Actress Mai Phuong Will Be Given to Her Daughter When She Reaches 18

The pink dress that actress Mai Phuong used to wear when she was still living will be kept for her daughter Lavie by the designer Duc Vincie until she reaches the age of 18.

Beautiful Vietnamese actress Mai Phuong had sadly passed away on March 28 after over a long year’s fight against lung cancer. The news has saddened her family, friends, including fans.

Recently, local designer Duc Vincie went on public auction to sell away a pink dress that he designed previously for Mai Phuong.

The actual price tag of this elegant-looking dress is fixed at 45 million VND, with the starting price at 5.5 million VND. Finally, it was reported that there was one buyer who wanted to buy it at 120 million VND. However, due to personal reason, he did not take it and lost his deposit of 12 million VND instead.

Finally, the designer decided to keep the pink dress for Mai Phuong’s daughter until she reaches 18 years old. Moreover, the auction deposit of 12 million VND and the money that Mai Phuong’s friends raised for her daughter amounting to around 60 million VND, will be transferred to artist Oc Thanh Van’s fund for Lavie.

In the end, it is at least heartening to know that the pink dress which Mai Phuong used to wear will go back to its rightful owner.

RIP, Mai Phuong.
