Backdrops of Ha Long Bay and Hoi An ancient town for Louis Vuitton? It’s a reality now.
Vietnam is growing her fame worldwide for being a rising ideal tourist destination. The Southeast Asia country has not only attracted international visitors, but also numerous fashion brands and international magazines which have been choosing the S-shaped landscape as a destination for photo shoots and advertisement campaigns.
Apart from big names like Harper’s Bazaar, In Style, and Giordano, as of now, even top luxury fashion brand Louis Vuitton is here too.
It seems that the French brand had taken length of consideration when it comes to its fashion campaign, particularly for the current theme “The Spirit Of Travel”, Ha Long Bay and Hoi An Ancient Town are what it had carefully selected out of the many beautiful places of interest spread throughout the country.
In the video clip, three models were featured, namely Rianne Van Rompaey, Fei Fei Sun and Kit Butler.
As watched in the video, the first place mentioned is Ha Long Bay. Ha Long Bay is one of the seven wonders of nature. It is a UNESCO world heritage site and a popular travel destination in Quang Ninh province.
Hoi An ancient town appears next. According to the history, Hoi An Ancient Town is an exceptionally well-preserved example of South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century.
Although these two places are not new to the locals, yet seeing Ha Long Bay and Hoi An Ancient Town through the camera lens of Louis Vuitton production team is certainly a kind of pride that many can’t help but feel as Vietnamese people.
